Welcome to Willow Grove Therapy
Therapy allows for the time and space to focus on you. I believe we are all capable of change, and therapy is one way to begin that change process. I work from an empowerment approach, in other words, I know that you are the expert about who you are, where you're from, and where you're going. My role is to provide feedback, guidance, and a safe environment to process that journey.
My expertise is in working on issues such as improving relationships, coping with anxiety and/or depression, life transitions (particularly pregnancy and early parenthood), and healing from trauma. I draw from a variety of tools during sessions, and my approach is always tailored to each individual.
I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, perinatal mood disorders, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, parenting, trauma, codependency, couple and family issues.

As a mom, I understand the importance of having emotional support during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Through my personal and professional experiences, I discovered a passion for working with women and mothers.
I have a Master degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Maryland, School of Social Work. I am licensed in the State of Maryland as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C). I'm a Certified Perinatal Mental Health professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
